Quality Accounts are annual reports to the public from the providers of NHS healthcare about the quality of services they deliver.
Every year Livewell Southwest produces a public report about the quality of our services. It is called a quality account and shows you the improvements we have made to our services in the past year as well as where and how we will improve our patient care in the coming year. Our most recent report is the Quality Account 2015/16 and is available on the right-hand side of this page. As well as on this website, we also publish each year's quality account on the NHS Choices website.
