Workforce race equality standard
Implementing the workforce race equality standard (WRES) is a requirement for NHS healthcare providers. It ensures employees from black and minority ethnic (BME) backgrounds have equal access to career opportunities and receive fair treatment in the workplace.

Gender pay gap report
Gender pay reporting legislation requires employers with 250 or more employees to publish statutory calculations every year showing how large the pay gap is between their male and female employees.
