Our performance at a glance
Livewell Southwest constantly monitors the services it provides to ensure we are delivering the right care and support to people, at the right time, and in the right place. We have used this information to produce a simple snapshot of our performance which is updated each month.
It is themed on the five key questions asked by the Care Quality Commission, which regulates health and social care providers like Livewell and inspects us to ensure we are meeting essential standards of quality and safety.
Workforce race equality standard
Implementing the workforce race equality standard (WRES) is a requirement for NHS healthcare providers. It ensures employees from black and minority ethnic (BME) backgrounds have equal access to career opportunities and receive fair treatment in the workplace.
Our next Workforce Race Equality Standard report will be published in July.
Gender pay gap report
Gender pay reporting legislation requires employers with 250 or more employees to publish statutory calculations every year showing how large the pay gap is between their male and female employees.
