SUMMARY:Hamoaze House Family Fun Day
DESCRIPTION:Our CAHMS team is holding a family fun day to raise awareness of  the support available for those with mental health needs and neuro developmental conditions such as Autism and ADHD. \nThe event is on Saturday\, 27 July at Hamoaze House from 10am. There will be activities\, information stands and snacks. \nLaura Hernandez\, clinical team manager\, CAMHS Neurodevelopmental and Severe learning Disability Team\, said: “We held a really successful open day a couple of years ago and we’re hoping to have the same success this time round. \n“There’s a lot of support available to families who have children with neurodevelopmental conditions both from Livewell and other agencies in Plymouth and we have invited some of these agencies to come on the day too. \n“While the event is focused on children\, any adult services that can offer support or advice to parents are also welcome to join. \n“We are looking for people to run stalls on the day and will be raising money for the Give a Child a Chance charity which supports children with mental health needs.” \nFor more information or to get involved\, email Laura Hernandez.
