This course is specifically designed to help people who have either depression or anxiety to manage their feelings of irritation and frustration. These feelings are common in people who experience anxiety and depression, and can lead to anger with a negative impact on our behaviour.
This course is based on the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) model and offers techniques on managing symptoms of frustration, short temper or irritation that can affect our mood. It introduces the CBT model and offers an understanding of frustration triggers as well as tools to manage those symptoms, including relaxation techniques, communication styles and assertiveness.
