Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)

Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) promote the mental health and psychological wellbeing of children and young people. It provides high quality, multi-disciplinary mental health services to all children and young people with mental health difficulties and disorders to ensure effective assessment, treatment and therapeutic support for them and their families.

Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) is the provider of advice, consultation, assessment and therapeutic intervention at both targeted and longer term work for children and young people aged 5 -18 years, across Plymouth.

The CAMHS team consists of a range of qualified and experienced multidisciplinary clinician's covering a broad aspect of modalities including Nursing, Social Work, Psychology and Psychiatry.
