Who is in the P.A.S.S. Team?
P.A.S.S. has two arms, the Assessment Team (P.A.S.S.A.T) and the post diagnostic signposting service.
P.A.S.S. is made up of clinicians from Clinical Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Speech and Language Therapy, Social Work, and other allied health professions. P.A.S.S. works alongside and collaborates with community partners.
