Lease car scheme


Livewell Southwest also offers staff a lease care scheme, provided by NHS Fleet Solutions. The scheme:

  • is available to all permanent members of Livewell Southwest
  • allows staff to lease any make/model of car providing the CO2 emissions are below 165g/km
  • offers no deposit to pay and costs that are fixed for the period of lease, normally a three year period
  • is competitively priced and includes all routine servicing, maintenance, tyres, breakdown cover and insurance for up to five named drivers at no additional cost (no named drivers under the age of 21 can be insured on the vehicle)
  • gives members an opportunity to make further savings through a ‘salary sacrifice’ scheme – a deduction from your gross salary, subject to that salary not falling below the national minimum wage.

Cycle to work scheme


Livewell Southwest are able to offer a salary sacrifice cycle to work scheme provided by Cyclescheme. The scheme:

  • is available to all permanent members of Livewell Southwest
  • offers no deposit to pay and costs that are fixed for a 12 month period
  • gives members an opportunity to make further savings through a ‘salary sacrifice’ scheme – a deduction from your gross salary, subject to that salary not falling below the national minimum wage.

Rewards and benefits


Livewell Southwest is pleased to provide Blue Light Card access for all employees. This includes a physical card for discounts at retailers and leisure facilities along with an app and online service. The card is set up with workplace email addresses and posted to the workplace address with a unique log in account. The employee can log in to control their preferences for emails and offers. There are a range of discounts and services through the scheme – particularly popular are the local cinema and restaurant deals.

Childcare


Livewell operates a childcare voucher scheme for all employees to access with the potential benefit of salary sacrifice. The scheme has an online portal to manage your vouchers, payment is arranged through your salary with the monthly payroll run, and you can review your scheme arrangements.

We are also pleased to offer a school holiday childcare subsidy scheme. This provides reimbursement towards the cost of childcare with a one page application form submitted to HR after each of the school holidays.
