Plymouth Options are able to provide support via telephone appointment, video consultation or an offer of computerised CBT. Due to COVID-19 we are not able to offer face to face appointments at this time. Our preference for referrals is via this webpage or by emailing [email protected]. If you are not able to refer in this way we can accept referrals via our phone line on 01752 435419 but there may be a delay due to our limited admin resource.


It is normal to feel stressed and overwhelmed during uncertain times. While staying at home because of coronavirus (COVID19) you may feel bored, frustrated or lonely. You may also be low, worried or anxious, or concerned about your finances, your health or those close to you.

Taking care of yourself is important, and this page will provide you with some resources to help you to look after your mental health.
