Livewell Southwest are fully committed to the health and wellbeing of its employees. As a health & social care provider, health and wellbeing applies as much to our employees as it does to the local population and we want to do as much as we can to enable our employees to be at their best, be energised, motivated and committed to their work.

Our employees deal daily with health and wellbeing so it is important we take proactive steps to ensure their wellbeing is fully supported. This will enable our employees to flourish and reach their full potential both in and out of the workplace and will assist to support Livewell Southwest in achieving its overall business strategy.

The current pressures on public finances from the economic downturn make it vital that we use all our resources as effectively as possible, this is no different locally. We cannot afford not to invest in the health and wellbeing of our staff.

Wellbeing at Work team

Wellbeing at Work is an initiative from Livewell Southwest’s Wellbeing team which provides guidance and support to help you achieve your aims, look after your employees and allow your business to flourish. We work with all kinds of businesses, offering practical information and advice to small, medium and large workplaces in the private, public and voluntary sectors across Plymouth on a wide range of workplace health topics to promote and foster an environment of health and wellbeing.
