The Therapies Team & Integrative Therapeutic Assessment & Support Clinic (I-TASC) is a service for children, young people and families with significant, severe, complex or persistent emotional, mental health, psychological and/or relationship difficulties. This could include:
- Anxiety/mood disorders
- ADHD/ADD
- Self-harm
- Eating disorders
- Obsessive compulsive disorder
- Post traumatic disorder
- Psychotic disorders
The service offers support to children and young people from ages 5 to 18 years.
The team members include a range of mental health professionals and specialists who are trained and experienced in working with young people and their families. These include:
- Mental health practitioners
- Nurses (mental health/paediatric)
- Art/family/CBT therapists
- Psychologists
- Psychotherapists
- Psychiatrists
If you are a young person or parent of a young person and have concerns about their mental health, please seek a consultation with you GP who may then refer you to CAMHS.
Referrals can also be made by:
- Child and Family Social Services
- Paediatric Services
- Health Services
- Educational Services
- Third Sector Providers
