Join us for a walk! Our walks are fun, friendly and free – perfect to help you get active and meet new people. They are suitable for people who have not walked much recently, and are looking to be more active, or are returning from illness or injury.

The Central Park walk takes place every fourth Wednesday of the month. Meet at 10:30am outside the main entrance to the Life Centre.
