How to book a visit
Visiting times are between 15:00 – 20:00, Monday – Friday, and these times can be more flexible at the weekends and bank holidays.
If you would like to book a visit to the unit, please call or email our reception team and book in a suitable date and time.

Meal times
Visitors are encouraged to avoid visiting during meal times, unless you are accompanying the patient on leave off the ward to eat out.
Mealtimes are held everyday at:
Breakfast: 06:00-09:30
Lunch: 12:30
Dinner: 17:30
Supper: 20:00
Arriving at the Unit
When you arrive at the unit, you will need to follow the signs for Greenfields and press the buzzer. A member of staff will buzz you through the door and into the reception where staff will be able to assist you.
On admission carers and relatives will receive a carer’s information welcome pack from the ward which will detail information around visiting access.

Parking at Greenfields
Mount Gould Hospital has a car park on site with free parking, which is available for you to use during your visit to the unit. Please follow signs when you arrive on the site.
