Community healthcare is expanding and our district nursing team continues to grow to offer advanced person-centred care at home. More of our nurses have increased responsibility for patients with complex needs and those with long term conditions.
Livewell Southwest is supporting this practice development of the fully funded two-year District Nurse Specialist Practitioner qualification.
