You must:

Be aged 18 or over

Not already have a diagnosis of Autism

Not have a diagnosed Learning Disability

Be registered with a Plymouth GP

Be referred by your GP or health and social care worker – we do not currently accept self-referrals for autism assessments.

You can go to your GP and ask them to refer you for an Autism assessment. They may ask you to complete a questionnaire.
