Stress

This course consists of 6 weekly sessions each lasting for 1 hour.


This course runs virtually and face to face.


This course provides techniques targeted at thoughts and behaviours to help overcome stress.


This is a structured course with a focus on the here and now.


This is an experiential group. Facilitators will introduce new ideas each week and then ask questions about how they can relate and be implemented, and then check in each week about how the implementation is going.


This course is not about talking about your past problems or really specific examples but instead focusing on learning tools and techniques to implement in the here and now.

Week 1: Introductions, CBT cycle

Week 2: Creating a balance.

Week 3: Identifying and working with unhelpful thoughts.

Week 4: Identifying and working with worries.

Week 5: Understanding impact of sleep and lifestyle factors.

Week 6: Progress maintenance and next steps.
