You will have been advised that you have been placed on the Patient Initiated Follow Up (PIFU) waiting list if we have provided the relevant advice, devices or footwear to help you manage your condition with help and support from family and friends. The PIFU waiting list reduces the need for unnecessary check-up appointments once you have healed, but allows you access to clinical support if you develop a serious foot problem.
