New Livewell Quality Accounts published

by | 15th January 2024 | News

Livewell Southwest is proud to publish its Quality Accounts 2022-2023.

This annual review is an opportunity for reflection and enables us to share the work we are most proud of and the benefits we continue to bring to the communities we serve.

We provide a wide range of NHS physical and mental health services, integrated with adult social care which is funded by Plymouth City Council.

We also have a big part to play in supporting people in Plymouth to make healthy lifestyle choices through our One You Plymouth and Wellbeing at Work programmes.

Our Quality Accounts give a comprehensive overview of the work we do and the high standards we meet. Within it you can find out more about who we are and how we are structured, review progress against our key priorities and national indicators, and look ahead to what we hope to achieve in 2023/24.

We focus on several of our key projects and work areas – including clinical outcomes, mental health services, mental health projects, our Integrated Care Partnership with UHP and our children, young people and families service – as well as providing feedback from
our patients and service users.

We hope you find it interesting and informative. Click here to view.
